Ingredients
6 pcs For prawns: Large prawns, peeled and deveined
1 tsp For prawns: Hamadaya Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce
Few pinches For prawns: Ground black pepper
2 bowls For fried rice: Japanese short grain rice
2 pcs For fried rice: Beaten eggs
1 tbsp For fried rice: Garlic oil
1 tbsp For fried rice: Butter
1 tbsp For fried rice: Hamadaya Japanese Soy Sauce
¼ tsp For fried rice: Ground black pepper
¼ tsp For fried rice: Salt
3 tbsp For fried rice: Cooking oil
For The Garnishing
50 g Minced garlic
2 tbsp Chopped spring onions
Method
1.
Marinate prawns with Hamadaya Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce and ground black pepper.

Lightly oil a pan. Pan fry the prawns then set aside.

Preheat cooking oil in a wok. Stir fry garlic over low heat until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
4.
Preheat garlic oil then add in butter. Pour in beaten eggs and stir it around.
5.
Add in cooked Japanese short grain rice and stir fry until loose.
6.
Season with Hamadaya Japanese Soy Sauce, ground black pepper and salt. Stir and toss to combine.
7.
Add in spring onions and fried garlic and give it a final toss.
8.
Place the prawn skewer beside the rice. Serve hot.
